This notice governs your access to and use of the public reports, industry insights, benchmarks, charts and commentary that Nelia publishes on this site or distributes publicly (the "Reports"). The Reports are published by Aegis Bridge Ltd, trading as Nelia, registered in England and Wales under company number 16436462. By accessing or using the Reports you agree to this notice; if you do not agree, please do not use them.

Clients' use of the Nelia platform and its outputs is governed by the Nelia Terms of Service, not this notice.

1. What the Reports are — and are not

The Reports present sentiment analysis generated by automated, probabilistic AI methods applied to publicly available player and community feedback, together with our own commentary. That means:

• Sentiment classifications, trends and projections are estimates, not statements of fact. They may contain errors, misclassifications or omissions, and results vary with the volume, language and nature of the underlying data.
• The Reports are provided for general information only. They are not investment, financial, legal, tax or other professional advice, are not an offer or recommendation, and are not an endorsement or condemnation of any game, studio or strategy.
• You are responsible for your own decisions. Apply independent judgement and professional advice before acting on anything in a Report.

2. Data sources

Reports draw on publicly available data, data obtained under licence, and Nelia's own analysis. Where a Report names or analyses a game, studio or platform, it does so for the purposes of commentary, criticism, review, news reporting or research. Our aggregate analyses are derived from anonymised data and are not intended to identify any individual player; you must not attempt to re-identify any individual from a Report.

3. No warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Reports are provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that Reports will be error-free or continuously available. Reports speak as at their publication date and we are under no obligation to update them.

4. Limitation of liability

Nothing in this notice excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Aegis Bridge Ltd, its officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any loss or damage — direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special, including lost profits, revenue, goodwill or data — arising from your use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Reports, however arising.

5. Your responsibilities and indemnity

You agree to use the Reports lawfully, and you will indemnify Aegis Bridge Ltd against claims, liabilities and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of the Reports or your breach of this notice.

6. Intellectual property

Nelia and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the Reports. You may download and share a Report for personal or internal business information purposes, with attribution to Nelia and without modification. Quoting brief extracts with attribution (for example in press coverage) is welcome. Any other reproduction, redistribution, sale, commercial use or modification requires our prior written consent: office@nelia.uk.

7. Corrections and disputes

If you believe a Report contains a factual inaccuracy, infringes your rights, or is defamatory, write to office@nelia.uk with your contact details, the content in question, the specific issue, and supporting evidence. We will investigate and respond within 30 days; our response may include a correction, clarification or removal, at our reasonable discretion. Nothing in this process limits your legal rights.

8. General

If any provision of this notice is unenforceable, the remainder continues in force. This notice is governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
