Website Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the website at nelia.uk (the "Site"), whether as a visitor or a registered user. By using the Site you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.
These are website terms only. Use of the Nelia platform and services by subscribing clients is governed by the Nelia Terms of Service and the Data Processing Agreement, which prevail over these terms for clients. Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy also apply to your use of the Site, and our Insights & Reports Disclaimer applies to any published reports you access.
1. About us

2. Access to the Site
The Site is made available free of charge. We do not guarantee that the Site or any content on it will always be available or uninterrupted, and we may suspend, withdraw or change any part of it without notice. We are not liable if the Site is unavailable at any time. You are responsible for your own access arrangements and for ensuring that anyone using the Site through your connection is aware of these terms.
The Site is directed at business users in the United Kingdom. We do not represent that its content is appropriate elsewhere; if you access it from outside the UK, you do so on your own initiative.
3. Accounts and security
If you are issued credentials for a Nelia dashboard or trial, you must keep them confidential, must not share them, and must notify us promptly at office@nelia.uk if you suspect unauthorised use. We may disable credentials where we reasonably believe these terms or the Terms of Service have been breached.
4. Intellectual property
We are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in the Site and its content, including the Nelia name, logo and branding. All rights are reserved. You may view, print or download extracts of Site content for your own internal business evaluation of Nelia, provided you do not modify them and you preserve any attribution. You must not use our content for commercial purposes, or our trade marks in any public statement, without our prior written consent. Published reports are additionally governed by the Insights & Reports Disclaimer.
5. Acceptable use
You must not: use the Site unlawfully; introduce viruses or other harmful code; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or connected systems; interfere with the Site's operation; scrape, harvest or bulk-extract content or data from the Site by automated means without our written consent; or misrepresent your affiliation with us.
6. Content on the Site — no reliance
Content on the Site is provided for general information about Nelia and the games industry. It is not advice, and you should not rely on it as the basis for decisions without independent verification. In particular, descriptions of the Nelia platform's capabilities are indicative summaries; for clients, the contractual description of the service is in the Terms of Service. Although we make reasonable efforts to keep the Site current, we make no representations or warranties that its content is accurate, complete or up to date.
7. Links
Where the Site links to third-party sites or resources, those links are provided for information only and are not an endorsement. We have no control over their content and accept no responsibility for them. You may link to our home page in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage or take advantage of our reputation, but you must not suggest any association or endorsement without our written consent, and we may withdraw linking permission at any time.
8. Our liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law: we exclude all implied conditions, warranties and representations that may apply to the Site or its content; and we will not be liable to any user for loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, arising from use of or inability to use the Site or from reliance on its content. If you are a business user, we will not be liable for loss of profits, sales, business or revenue, business interruption, loss of anticipated savings, loss of business opportunity, goodwill or reputation, or any indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in this section limits a client's rights under the Terms of Service in respect of the paid services.
9. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms by amending this page. Please check it from time to time; the version in force when you use the Site applies to that use.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms, their subject matter and formation (and any non-contractual disputes) are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction — save that if you access the Site as a consumer, you retain any mandatory rights and jurisdictional protections given to you by the law of your country of residence.
